Luke's journey into strongman began in 2013, where he competed in his first Britain’s Strongest Man competition, placing 9th. His dedication and hard work paid off, leading him to secure five consecutive Scotland’s Strongest Man titles from 2013 to 2017.

In 2016, Luke made his mark on the global stage by making his debut at the World’s Strongest Man competition. Although he faced initial challenges in qualifying for finals, he steadily improved over the years. Notably, in 2019, he and his brother Tom achieved a historic milestone as the first brothers to reach the World’s Strongest Man final.
