You can pay for the goods by replenishing our Privat Bank or Monobank card.

You can do this in the following ways:

- Replenish the card through the Privat24, Monobank Internet service;

- Visit a Privatbank branch and make a payment at the cash desk;

- Top up the card through the terminal.

After placing the order, our manager will contact you to clarify all the details, after which the payment details will be sent to your mobile phone. When paying by card, you do not pay a bank commission, but transfer only the amount of your order.

Delivery to international destinations is carried out by Poland Post or International Carrier Service. After your order is finalized and paid for, we dispatch it through the chosen carrier. We aim to offer shipping options at the most competitive rates for your convenience. Delivery of goods to most European destinations usually takes 3-5 days. For destinations outside Europe, delivery might take 7-10 days. Upon receipt, you must have a valid ID and the provided tracking number.

Orders below the value of €50 require full prepayment before shipment..

- For items available in the store and ordered before 15:00, the shipment is processed the same day..

- Products in stock are dispatched only after a minimum 10% prepayment (please consult our managers for more information)..

- If a product is currently unavailable, the delivery duration might extend by 2 to 4 business days. Note that we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays..
